At 3W Spirits, we take great care in ensuring that all products are packed and dispatched in good condition. Please review our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refunds or Exchanges

  1. Refunds or exchanges are not offered unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  2. Change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer are not eligible for refunds or exchanges

You may request a refund or exchange if the item received is:

  1. Damaged during delivery
  2. Defective
  3. Incorrect item (not what was ordered)

Notification Period

  1. All claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order
  2. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted

Claim Requirements

  2. Clear photos or videos of the issue (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)
  3. A brief description of the problem
  4. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless the defect is inherent.

Refunds & Exchanges Process

  1. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will advise on the next steps
  2. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout
  3. Approved exchanges are subject to stock availability
  4. Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the request
