At 3W Spirits, we aim to ensure your order is delivered promptly and safely. Please review our delivery terms below before placing an order.

Delivery Charges

  1. Standard Delivery: SGD $7.50 per order

Delivery Timeframe

  1. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 working days
  2. Deliveries are made on Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays
  3. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volumes.

Delivery Coverage

  1. Delivery is available within Singapore only
  2. Jurong Island is excluded from our delivery coverage

Delivery Attempt & Unattended Parcels

  1. If no one is available to receive the delivery at the specified address, the parcel will be placed outside the unit at the recipient’s risk
  2. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for parcels left unattended
  3. 3W Spirits will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage once the parcel has been delivered to the stated address

Address Accuracy

  1. Please ensure all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete
  2. Any re-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information may incur additional charges
