Tasting Notes

• Nose: Rich caramel and vanilla fudge meets walnuts and brioche, wrapped in sweet floral tones of honeysuckle, rose petal, and orange blossom. Hints of liquorice and soft milk chocolate in the background.

• Palate: Creamy and smooth, with flavours of vanilla, spice (black pepper / cardamom), light orange zest, and milk chocolate. Fruits like peach and bright citrus peel provide freshness.

• Finish: Lingering sweet spice, nutty oak, vanilla and a touch of floral zest, balanced with soft warmth and minimal bitterness.
