Matured in a sherry cask (No. 50171094), natural strength of 54.7% ABV, non-chill filtered and with no added colour. Only 311 bottles were produced worldwide. This dram offers bold sherry depth fused with Highland Park’s signature island‐smoke and floral nuances.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich scent of dark fruit and sweet sherry — think raisin, plum, and orange zest — layered with toffee, honey, heather, and a hint of warm oak.
Palate: Full and powerfully sherried. Flavours of ripe berries, chocolate, caramel, and soft spices rooted in oak. A nice creaminess with malt backbone underpins the rich fruit and wood.
Finish: Long, warming and lingering. The sweetness holds on with oak spice, subtle smoke, and a lasting sherry echo.
