A bold single cask release from Duncan Taylor’s The Octave collection, this whisky was distilled at Bunnahabhain in 2014, matured in a sherry cask, and bottled in 2023 at a powerful 54.1% ABV. Only 673 bottles were produced. The peated spirit (Bunnahabhain Moine) meets dry sherry influence to deliver a rare, intense flavour profile with coastal smoke and sweet fruit notes.

• Nose: Rich sherry warmth meets smoke—think of poached stone fruits, spicy cake, and waves of salty coastal peat.

• Palate: Dark chocolate combined with rock salt and juicy sultanas, jammy berry notes plus smoked almonds.
