J. Dupont Art Nouveau Grande Champagne Cognac – 70cl | 40% ABV

Made by Maison Boinaud, this limited-edition cognac is from 100% Grande Champagne, the premier cru of the Cognac region. Aged in small batches, this VSOP-style (Very Superior Old Pale) cognac is handcrafted by cellar master Rémi Boinaud using eaux-de-vie from the finest vineyards in Bouteville, Segonzac, Angeac-Champagne, and Juillac-le-Coq. It is produced in limited quantity (about 10,000 bottles annually).

Tasting Notes

• Colour: Warm amber with golden reflections.

• Nose: Vanilla and oak dominate, joined by dried rose petal and a subtle floral bouquet. Shades of peach and ripe fruit, with soft notes of baked fruit and gentle wood spice.

• Palate: Round and generous — expect notes of peach, baked fruits, and cooked or stewed fruit. Gentle sweetness, smooth oak, a touch of caramel and fruit cooked in warmth.

• Finish: Elegant and lasting; harmonious, with fruit and oak lingering and a warm finish.
