Distilled in June 1998 and bottled in June 2023, this limited edition single cask release (only 975 bottles) showcases the Michel Couvreur mastery of sherry cask ageing. Aged in Pedro Ximénez barrels, and matured first in a dry cellar then in humid conditions, this dram is natural strength (50% ABV), uncoloured and without added water. A whisky to be savoured slowly, its complexity unfolds with time.

Tasting Notes

• Robe (Colour): Deep amber.

• Nose: Floral top notes with a slightly woody presence—blend of malt and old PX that draws you in.

• Mouth: Silky and mellow texture; the PX influence gives rancio richness, tempered by rounded malt spirit.

• Finish: Long, complex, with spicy, woody undertones and a fresh-light length that lingers.
