🥃 Tasting Notes

Nose: Gentle aromas of pear, apple crumble, and honeycomb, balanced by vanilla and light oak.

Palate: Smooth and approachable, with flavours of toffee, orchard fruits, sponge cake, and warming cinnamon spice. Hints of citrus zest and malt biscuit provide structure and brightness.

Finish: Medium to long, with lingering sweet fruit, oak spice, and vanilla cream.
