Wemyss Kingsbarns Doocot – Single Malt Scotch Whisky | 700 ml | 46% ABV

Kingsbarns Doocot is the new flagship single malt from Kingsbarns Distillery in Fife, crafted by Wemyss Vintage Malts. Aged in a combination of ex-Bourbon barrels (≈ 90%) and STR (shaved, toasted & re-charred) ex-Portuguese red wine barriques (≈ 10%), this non-chill filtered whisky is bottled at 46% ABV with natural colour. Made using barley grown within six miles of the distillery, Doocot carries both terroir and craftsmanship in every dram.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Sweet and floral, with aromas of soft brown sugar, banana cake batter, and tropical fruit scents.

Palate: Mouth-filling and smooth — pineapple syrup, ripe summer berries, fresh vanilla pods, and a hint of rhubarb.

Finish: Medium to long finish with notes of kiwi fruit, citrus zest, and a lingering sweet, fruity echo.
